Welcome to Coastal Dunes Golf Club. This page will walk you through everything you need to know before your first visit — from setting up TrackMan and booking your tee time to entering the club and starting your simulator session.
Getting Started
Follow these four steps and you'll be ready for your first session.
Download the TrackMan Golf App
Download TrackMan Golf from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Create your TrackMan account.
- Use the same email address associated with your Coastal Dunes membership.
- Verify your email if prompted.
- Make sure your app is set to Indoor mode.
Book Your Tee Time
- Open the TrackMan Golf app and log in.
- Tap Locator in the bottom-right corner.
- Search for Coastal Dunes Golf Club.
- Tap Book Now.
- Choose your bay, number of players, date and time.
- Review your booking and confirm your reservation.
If prompted by Your Golf Booking, use the email address associated with your Coastal Dunes membership.
TrackMan: Booking Guide →Access the Building
Coastal Dunes is a private, secure, self-service club.
- Tap your assigned Coastal Dunes key card at the entry reader.
- If needed, enter your personal PIN as your backup access method.
- Enter when the door unlocks.
- Make sure the door closes and latches behind you.
Never share your key card or personal PIN.
Start Your Simulator
- Go to your assigned simulator bay.
- Open the TrackMan Golf app.
- Tap Quick Login.
- Scan the QR code shown on the simulator screen.
- You can also enter the six-digit PIN shown on the simulator screen.
- Confirm your player profile appears before beginning.
Having Trouble Logging In?
If Quick Login or the simulator QR code isn't working, make sure your TrackMan Golf app is set to Indoor mode.

Coastal Dunes is a self-service club. Please help us maintain the experience for every member.
- Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your tee time.
- Please leave your simulator bay exactly as you found it.
- Only one player should be in the hitting area at a time.
- Keep food and drinks away from simulator electronics.
- Guests are welcome when accompanied by the member.
- Report any damage or equipment issues immediately.
- Never move TrackMan hardware, projectors or computers.
Getting the Most From TrackMan
TrackMan can be used for much more than simply playing a virtual round. Your activity and shot data can also be saved to your TrackMan profile when you're logged in.
Practice
Use Driving Range, Shot Analysis, Test Center and Skills Assessments to work on your game and track improvement.
Play
Play hundreds of virtual golf courses, compete in Closest to the Pin and Long Drive, or participate in Coastal Dunes leagues and tournaments.

Before You Leave
Help us keep Coastal Dunes ready for the next member.
- End and save your TrackMan session.
- Sign out of TrackMan.
- Pick up golf balls and personal belongings.
- Throw away all trash.
- Return furniture if you moved it.
- Make sure your simulator bay is clean.
- Confirm the exterior door closes and locks behind you.
